Security & Entry
- Biometric access is provided to all residents.
- Entry to non-residents is restricted; guests must be accompanied and registered at security.
- ID verification & police verification (as per local laws) are mandatory for all residents before move-in.
Guest Policy
- Day visitors are allowed between 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM..
- Overnight stays for guests are not permitted without prior management approval.
- Residents are responsible for the conduct of their guests.
Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily.
- Avoid loud music, shouting, or disturbances during these hours to maintain community harmony. .
Housekeeping & Cleanliness
- Housekeeping staff will clean common areas and private rooms as per the scheduled timing.
- Residents are expected to maintain basic cleanliness inside their rooms & kitchens in between scheduled cleaning.
- Disposal of garbage must be done daily in assigned bins.
Utilities & Maintenance
- All utilities like WiFi, water, electricity, and backup power are included.
- Any damage to property or appliances due to negligence will be charged to the resident.
- All maintenance requests must be raised via the official app or service desk. .
Parking Rules
- Parking slots are allotted based on availability.
- Residents must display authorized parking stickers. .
General Conduct
- Any form of harassment, discrimination, or illegal activity will not be tolerated.
- Residents must respect community members, staff, and property at all times.
- Management reserves the right to revise or update rules as necessary.
